Meet Ben, Your New Home Building Broker
Life & Business partner to Sophie (Your Interior Designer) and Dad to Summer 13 (Mad about Horse riding), Ziggy 11 (mad about Rugby League), and Jimmy (our crazy Cattle Dog). I love all things Rugby League, cooking, and Golf. Other than supporting you through the build process, If I’m not hanging out with the Fam, horse riding with Summer, or Footy training with Zig, you’ll find me on the golf course or in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
I’ve been working in the building industry for over 20 years now, in that time I’ve worked in all areas of building from working in sales to site supervision, estimating, project management, Colour Selections, and even Building Design. The most rewarding part of building for me has always been working closely with my clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes and have a whole lot of fun along the way
I launched HOME Build Brokers with a clear vision to simplify the home build process. I’ve made it my mission to educate and support first-time builders for a positive, confident, and fun build journey. I believe my job is to deliver the home you’ve always wanted, and that the journey you experience getting there is equally as important. I’m committed to cultivating lasting personal relationships with my clients. I promise to be your guide, your person to lean on and your staunchest advocate should the need arise, so you can enjoy a build journey with a person you can trust to have your back from the outset.

Sophie adores the personal journey of a new build and loves working with clients to elevate their experience and maximize their build for a dream outcome they will cherish for years to come.
As a complimentary service, when you work with HOME Build Brokers you also get to leverage Sophie’s Interior Design expertise.
She will collaborate with you prior to and be by your side on the all important (and exciting) selection day to help you really bring out your own personal style in a beautiful, cohesive way to produce a home that truly represents you and your family.

As with a mortgage broker’s service, you don’t have to pay for a building broker’s service, builders have a budget allocated to expenses such as marketing, sales, customer service, the selection process, and client administration. Instead of paying these costs builders pay a building broker, we take excellent care of you throughout your build so the builder can focus on what they do best, Building your beautiful home. We’re completely independent and not aligned with any one builder, we select our panel of builders on strict criteria, They must, among other professional traits, have a long-standing reputation of honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, attention to detail and the same unwavering commitment to the customer journey as us! We also frequently check our builders to ensure they are financially stable and hold a clean builders license with the QBCC. it’s all about enhancing the customer journey and upholding the reputation of the industry.
