Our process for delivering success
Design consultation call – A 30-minute complimentary consultation to discuss your new home build journey and your progress so far. Together we can outline your next steps so you can get started.
Initial Meeting – Everyone is unique, which is to be celebrated! We’ll ask questions and listen carefully to get understanding of your lifestyle, land requirements, project scope, timeline, budget, and the all-important wants and must haves for your dream home.
Design/ builder selection – Now we have a good understanding of your new home requirements we can explore options and match you with a selection of the most suitable plans and builders. Get excited for our next meeting.
Perfecting your design – We’ll meet to choose your favourite plan and builder, plus we’ll review the chosen plan and mark up any changes you may like to make, even small changes can make a big difference to customising your home and really making it yours.
Expression of interest – You love your new home plan! Now it’s time to sign an expression of interest with your chosen builder. This isn’t a contract yet, just a document to let the builder know you’re super excited to be working with them.
Guidance – No overwhelm here! we ‘ll guide you through the maze of decisions required to build your new home, from understanding contracts and specifications to choosing all your finishes and colour selections and ensuring we remain on budget.
Construction – It’s time to build! Rest assured we only work with the best builders in Queensland. All of the builders on our panel have decades of experience building beautiful homes to the highest of standards.
Monitor – Relax while we monitor your build from start to finish, and provide regular updates. We make sure everything meets your plans and specifications and is built to withstand the test of time.
Handover – The most exciting part of the journey, we get to hand you the keys to your beautiful new home. Our pre handover process ensures you’re walking into a perfectly built home.
